New ULTRAMAIN® Maintenance Planning Brochure Hits the Streets
February 2010
Ultramain Systems has announced that a brochure detailing their highly anticipated new product, ULTRAMAIN Maintenance Planning, is now available.
The Gantt charts on the cover are just a taste of what Maintenance Planning is all about. The software, one of many products that make up the full suite of ULTRAMAIN v9, allows long-range and short-range planners alike to optimize their planning needs. Whether it's base (hangar) maintenance, line miantenance, or fleet planning, Maintenance Planning uses a powerful, interactive Gantt visualization to show planners exactly what's going on anywhere in the plan. The scope of these Gantt views can change depending on the planner's focus, and information can be organized according to the planner's needs. For instance, line planners can organize information by asset operating schedule or ground time, while base planners can see everything laid out by hangar bay availability.
"Maintenance Planning provides a very versatile tool for planners of all kinds," said Mark McCausland, President of Ultramain Systems. "Because virtually any planner can use the software, there's no need for a planning organization to use a different system for each of its planning entities."
Maintenance Planning will debut this spring as part of phase two of the ongoing ULTRAMAIN v9 roll out.
